Participants in our adult medical day care program are supervised by on-site nurse practitioners, who make sure all medical needs are met throughout the day. The success of our Medical Adult Day Care Center radiates in the smiles on participant faces, but it also shows significant impact on sustained senior health. Members of our Philadelphia adult day care avoid hospitalization at a rate of 97%, which far surpasses the national rate of 65%. We offer those who need daily support a unique place to connect to therapeutic programming, nursing, social services, and an engaging environment.

Our Medical Adult Day Care Center is located at 12003 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19116. For more information about our Helen L. Weiss Senior Day Care Program and Medical Adult Day Services, please call us at 215.371.2122.
